Both of those are optional, and in fact the "Enterprise Credentials" are not useful at all at the moment.
To get the application installed, I'd start with not supplying either, get the application running, and then if you are an Oracle customer with a MySQL subscription, add your MOS credentials on the Settings tab after you have the application installed.
