Recover bd from .frm and .ibd

Good Morning:
My computer did an update of windows 10 and it went wrong. The update uninstalled MySql as well as other installed applications.
When uninstalling MySql deleted the folder where the database was so everything lost.
I was checking and the update created a folder called WINDOWS.OLD where there is an image of the MySql folder that was deleted.
Contains the .frm, .idb, and db.opt files.
Is there any way I can use this copy to retrieve the original database?
I have already copied the files from this folder to the folder where they should be but the data is not recognized by MySql.
Thank you for your help.
Best Regards
