Might work, might not.
InnoDB files can be elsewjere. Is all data in MySQL datadir?
If MySQL had already run against your file copies. you need to delete what's there.
Stop mysql server. Make sure exact same mysql version and my.ini are in place.
Emoty datadir. Copy complete old folder into mysql datadir. delete ib*.log
Restart MySQL, study what mysql error log says
Check/repair all tables, fix errors reported in error log
