To be precise, I tried YOUR free tool and it lead me nowhere, not only because there is no way I could possibly understand how it works without some background in databases but also because the documentation is simply unacceptable for YOUR level of expertise.

Yes, of course I don't want to pay and when I used your site to see if my database can be saved, it showed me that it was restored but asked me for payment.

If you can't or don't want to help, that's up to you. There is no need to take that tone however. And besides, two weeks ago, I got a call from MySQL sales service and they told me that I would certainly find a solution in the forums.
