This is in a case my big answer with links to microsoft have not went through moderation.

Yes, the same behaviour. I had updated to 8.0.14 and it does not help.
Now I am using Windows 10 64-bit WM. Little inconvenient, slow a little bit, will not live long but temporary solution in my case.
