This may or may not work for you, but what I found was a bunch of junk keys set in an uninstall path for the Easy-WebPrint EX program. (They were still there after the program was removed.)

For me, on Windows 7 x64, the Registry path was

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

All of the keys and values in that node were set to various "Easy-WebPrint"-related items. After removing these keys, the install location problem was fixed. Note, this does NOT include subfolders. Do not remove any subfolders.
