Hi,
I am having the same problem both mysql-installer-community-8.0.16.0 and mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.16.0.
OS Win 10 home Version 1803 build 17134.829
32 bit with 64 processor 2 GB Ram. Fresh install
MySQL installer 1.4.29
When I select custom install only 3 options
Applications
MySQL Connectors
Documentation
If I choose server only I get an error (Unhandled Exception)
