Now with the log contents it's easier to solve the situation.
It seems that you have a table with a GUID column, right?
Does the GUID column have data that is not complying with the following statement?
The idintificator GUID must contain 32 digits and 4 hyphens (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
