Edit or insert records with Japaneese characters failed

Hi Experts,

I have the same problem here with Japaneese characters.
When I'm inserting/editing data with Mysql for excel it always have ??? characters but when i enter Data with another Excel Addon to mysql or from Workbench I get the right Characters.

This is the generated sql clauses :
