Hi Hamdy,
If you did everything I mentioned in my last reply (run select statement from workbench and retrieve the data again to ensure it was inserted with the correct charset), then please submit a bug report at https://bugs.mysql.com for MySQL for Excel. Attach all steps involved and the SQL statements needed to replicate a similar environment (statements to create schema and table and data involved) also we need you to specify in the bug report the values of the Server variables I mentioned in my last reply.

We will follow up from there.
