Stefan,

the trick is to insert and delete > 64 GB worth of data, so that the log sequence number becomes inflated big enough.

If you insert + delete rows that contain blobs, you should be able to inflate it by tens of gigabytes per hour.

You can monitor the lsn with SHOW INNODB STATUS.
