It's extremely unlikely that a resource exists to exactly match the errors that began with your outage and have likely been compounded in the ensuing two months, so you'll need to canvass all possibilities until problems are resolved.
Several possibilities are described in the MySQL doc link, more in the other articles. Much in the SO article is not Linux-specific; the bits that are translate to corresponding Windows cmds.
For starters, you do absolutely need to know how to execute commands in the mysql client rather than in Workbench, how to read and change my.ini, and how to read the mysql server error log, so you can list the corruption problems per table as I suggested.
And presumably now you've learnt to keep all backups forever?
