Hi,
I have the same problems with my application:
I´m working with java and MySql.
I have about half milion registers into just one of my tables.
Everything was working fine, but, trying to add a transation resouce to my
application, I converted my tables from myissam to innodb.
Well, the transaction works fine, but the selections ...
Some processes that was taking about 15 minutes to run, now takes more than 50 minutes.
I already tried to grow up the caches, but it didn´t work.
I really don´t know what I could do to solve it.
