I also would like to know when 4.1.8 is coming, since 4.1.7 does not work on solaris. A bug in it causes crashes as soon as you insert a record into a table that has a varchar as a primary key.
We are currently using a 4.1.8 snapshot that has fixed this problem, but would like to know an approximate timeframe for when the final 4.1.8 will be available.
Also, is 4.1.8 going to be declared a production release? Or is that still a way off down the track?
