Tnx for your answer.
I'll follow your suggestion, i'm able to deploy this:
VM1: management node ip: 10.8.2.11
VM2: mysql and data together ip: 10.8.2.13
VM3: mysql and data together ip: 10.8.2.14

I see if edit DB from any of the 2 node (10.8.2.13 or .14) it reflect on other.

But from developer side, to which ip they have to connect them code?
10.8.2.13 or .14?
and what if one fail? how it will switch to the other ip?
I need a loadbalancer endpoint ip right?
but what if also the LB fail?
this will be a production config, so it myst be always online,
Thanks for your answer.
