Yes. Just to clarify:
When Phase 2 sticking occurred, it was usually preceeded by a long enough hang in Phase 1 that it could easily be mistaken as being stuck in Phase 1 by someone working quickly. This is a rough guess, but I'm going to say that it hung around in Phase 1 for about a minute, but on a number of instances it seemed like much longer.
I ensured from the beginning that both firewalls were clear for input and output on all ports. I disabled SELinux on the Xeon from the beginning, and before I posted the first time, I had already disabled SELinux on the Athlon.
I will look at opening a bug report.
