INT(3) = INT(4) = INT(99)
All of those are 32-bit numbers.
Read about ALTER TABLE ... REORGANIZE PARTITION ...;
I like to have 'future' partition, then REORGANIZE it into two partitions: the new day, and the same future (VALUES LESS THAN MAXVALUE).
