I've been getting this error as well. Every few hours. I'm running 4.1.9 on Windows 2003.
"Faulting application mysqld.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module mysqld.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00122a1d."
Would very much appreciate any help...
