How to query for users that have accessed a database in a time window?

Hi,

I understand that there is the `show processlist` command to show the processes that are currently running by which users and the command the user is running, etc. Can someone please tell me how I can query for the users that have accessed a database in a window of time? e.g., last 7 days. Thanks.
