Linking MySQL tables to MS Access error

I am using link tables on MS Access to MySQL server. It was working well under MySQL 4.0/MyODBC 3.51.06.

Now I have upgraded to MySQL 4.1/MyODBC 3.51.10-2-win. When I tried to connect, I received the message:

ODBC--call failed:
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Could not determine the driver name so could not lookup setup library.(#0)

What happened?
