It's available now at http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/1.0.html

I'm using the latest version myself but am still unable to call a stored procedure.

Can you let me know if updating the connector works for you, as if so I must be doing something else wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's the connector that isn't working.
