OK I have tried my best to figure this out. Since this happened immediate when I wrote the code in the first thread of this message, I am starting to think that possibly I have something malicious on my laptop or possibly it is haunted. I have looked through the info file and the paths seem to be very long which is a little suspicious. For instance apache environment is: C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\WINDOWS\System32\OpenSSH\;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\QBPOSSDKRuntime;c:\php7;C:\ProgramData\ComposerSetup\bin;C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps

Would this be normal? I saw no mention of mysqli although I didn't know how to search though the file.
