Re: odbc administration utility could not be found
When I try and follow the link that you provided, I run into trouble when I get to:
"To create a System DSN (which will be available to all users), select the System DSN tab. To create a User DSN, which will be available only to the current user, click the Add... button to open the "Create New Data Source" dialog."
"From the "Create New Data Source" dialog, select the MySQL ODBC 5.x ANSI or Unicode Driver, then click Finish to open its connection parameters dialog."
I try adding a User DSN but the only selection available is SQL Server or Microsoft ODBC for Oracle plus other application specific drivers but nothing like "MySQL ODBC 5.x ANSI or Unicode Driver". I've downloaded mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.29-winx64.msi twice but it never shows up as a selection in the data source dialog box.
