Can you post here the generated MySQL script generated by MySQL for Excel?
I believe that this is a codepage issue.
Have you tried running the generated MySQL sript on MySQL Workbench for example?
That way you can rule out if the script is faulty or not.
In MySQL Workbench you can also check the values of all Server variables starting with "character_set", to ensure everything is on UTF8.
