The spam prevention algorithm requires moderation for posts containing urls in threads from first-time users.

The bug is in the script, not in your database. You need to change that '' to null or 0, depending on which `lexuswor_mybb`.`mybb_forums`.`pid` accepts, which you can discern by executing ...

show create table `lexuswor_mybb`.`mybb_forums`;

... and examining the default value for pid.

Beware that there may be other such bugs in the script. Consider reporting the issue to the site where you found the script.
