My character set is Big5.
What I say is I am using notepad to save all my data. There are four codings in the notepad. They are ANSI, unicode, unicode big endian and utf-8. I save all my data in utf-8 format in the text file and then load the data from the text file to the database. When I use command line inteface to see the database, all the data becomes ???? or disappears. And then I use my browser through the DBI to see the data. I get the same result.
