Indeed is a character issue. That's why I believe is configuration related. Besides, I have a couple observations:

1) As you can see the nine field´s data, precisely other fields but ´
Presentaciones', the data has text with accented words. the same 'Cápsulas' piece of text holds a character 'a' accented ( á ) which was perfectly inserted and the record got saved. How come, the same word did not generate SQL error, but if left accented, to be inserted over the field Presentaciones, sends an error and the record was not created.
2) I'm porting the the same application, to use MySQL, from the original that uses an MSSQL database. It showed NO errors, and I didn't change a bit of the source (from a text file).
I have seen a lot of the MySQL Sever configuration File options none the parameters make sense to me, with respect to this issue.

The MySQL version is 8.0.19. Thank you for answering, and hope you, or anybody could give some light to this pain.
