How can i make a MySQL8 tar package like offcial tar package through source build?

MySQL8's source build need gcc5.3, so then build result is rely on the gcc5.3。
When i put the build result to another computer. because it is not install gcc5.3, so when i run mysql it print an error "/lib64/libstdc++.so.6:version 'CXXABI_1.3.9' not found.
But the offcial MySQL8 tar package has no such problem,it can took to any computer and run well.

How can i make a tar package like offical tar package through source build?
