we tried this in different environments and never could reproduce your problem, always the installed files and the created link look fine:
root@my_host:/opt/mysql/enterprise/agent# ls -l java/lib/amd64/libjsi* java/lib/amd64/server/libjsi*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 11052 Dec 20 06:24 java/lib/amd64/libjsig.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Mar 9 18:32 java/lib/amd64/server/libjsig.so -> ../libjsig.so
So we would like to have a look at the debug log of the installer. Could you please create one with adding "--debugtrace <debugfilename> --debuglevel 4" to the command line, when calling the installer? The file is encrypted, so it fine to post it here, or you open an issue on
https://bugs.mysql.com/ and attach it, once the issue is created.
