Sorry for my delayed answer, and thanks a lot for the tip.
I suggest you add an "Edit relationship..." option when one right-clics a foreign-key name in the "Edit table..." menu (on the "Foreign Keys" pane). This is the first place I looked, and I was actually surprised to find only the "Delete relationship" option in the contextual menu.
