MySQL will not start - error 23
MySQL 5.0 will not start up. The error at the bottom of my .err file is:
091024 15:33:24 InnoDB: Operating system error number 23 in a file operation.
InnoDB: Some operating system error numbers are described at

InnoDB: File name .\ibdata1
InnoDB: File operation call: 'Windows aio'.
InnoDB: Cannot continue operation.
How can I get this fixed?
