I was using Office 365 and could not get the connections to show up.
When I went back to Excel 2013, all was well. I found the process of loading tables to MySQL to be be very straightforward, although I have not worked on any of the data integrity or relationship issues yet.
Looks as if Oracle has a bit of fix-up to do.
