Our issues seem to be related to specific Fedora Core builds. Silicon Mechanics seems to be doing a good job of taking care of any issues before we see them. In our case it's currently five dual Opterons, one with 8GB, the rest 4GB and with a variety of SATA and SCSI options. One of the SATA boxes has a regular relay log corruption issue, a different system with a later build of Fedora doesn't seem to have that but has the kswapd using high system CPU problem in exchange.
