The #sql.... name is used during ALTER TABLE like operations. Were you altering any tables? On NDB ALTER TABLE involves creating a new table (of the desired schema) and copying all the data from the old table into it (in the future, there is a plan not to have to do this). You should have events in the cluster log about running out of space if this is the case.
