Create new user
I made a user called mysql with a suitable password
When you build the scheduled task, assign to run as user = mysql with mysql's password.
BTW. It's probably not a good idea to login to Windows with the builtin Administrator account for everyday use. Create another user of the type you desire (administrator, user, whatever) and use that one.
