Thanks for the info. You can run batch files on a Netware server and I can schedule the run of the batch using cron, a scheduling nlm.

Since MySql is installed on the Netware Server already, does this mean that the MySqlDump program is already installed on it as well?

I am a very newbie to MySql and we do not have anyone in house that knows it either.
