Do you have anything in your naudit database? That is, have you created any tables?
The output you show looks identical to what I see when I back up my "test" database (which is currently empty and has no tables defined in it).
The stuff in the file are optional commands that may be useful when you restore the backup. They are commented out by default. Stuff between The /* */ pairs are comments. Lines beginning with "--" are also comments.
