Hi,
If you'd like to do that type of conversion, you can always look at something like Talend. It's an open source tool to perform data integration that would fit your needs. There's a graphical interface to facilitate its use and connectors able to take care of the databases you talk about like Oracle and Mysql. There's some other tools of course like Tablau or Pentaho you can look at.
