I am seeing the same exact thing with the the same lame workaround using driver 3.51.10.00. It worked fine with 2.50.39.00, so I'm not sure why it is an issue now?

If the driver can't be fixed (in a reasonable amount of time), is there a way to programatically refresh the table links using VBA?
