Hi,
You got the point of my idea: the fixed lenght row format would remain, just the blob column size would be the lenght of memory address which would point elsewhere... I'm keen on working on it!
About ndb blobs, mine was just an idea to implement blob support for memory table like that in ndb tables, with possible reuse of a (large) parte of code. I'll deepen this idea too, just to have other opportunities.
