The acual value of the include_path is not important. I was only trying to show you how to find where you should look for any framework code.
The framework would typically be in the form of php files.

Anyway, to find out why your file is showing code rather than a certicate you'll need to examine (and understand!) the php file that is trying to write it.
Examining the file should show you how the file is trying to build the certificate and you'll need to take it from there.
