Yes.

Remove the # at the beginning of the line.

Everything after # is seen as a comment, and not interpreted by the shell running the file.

This assumes that mutt command line email client exists on your machine, and sendmail is also running to actually forward the mail.

Do you have any idea how big the file attached to the email will be?
Take a look on 192.168.1.201 in the /backups folder to see the files placed in date subfolders.

Are you SURE you want them emailed?
