Hi V@no,

With regard to the documentation, it's exactly what is says - a Reference Manual - not a 'how to' guide. There are some excellent books around and, if you want examples, check out the 'MySQL Cookbook' - ISBN: 0596001452 - or 'MySQL 2nd edition' - ISBN: 0735712123, both by Paul Dubois.

I've found that the reference documentation really comes into its own once you're actually using MySQL, and the fact that you can just type a url in the form www.mysql.com/'whatever' and go straight to the syntax is great.

Nick

PS - what's the question you've been trying to get an answer for?
