This is the "Path to executable":
"C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\bin\mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\my.ini" MySQL80
Read again. The quoted string is the command that the service uses. MySQL80, following the quoted string, is the name of the service, as per Windows documentation.
