Thank you for testing this and giving some insight. I can confirm I used ndbd when this issue occurred. Since that was the first time I used ndb cluster and the tutorial I was following used ndbd, I didn't know much about ndbmtd.

Now I use ndbmtd on 8.0.20. I will try installing the latest version and try ndbmtd soon.
