got there!

show processlist had this entry

| 2 | system user | | xml_sha1 | Connect | 218826 | Sending data | UPDATE TO_PRODUCT m
INNER JOIN
(SELECT p_p.price PRICE_EURO_EXCL_VAT,
p.id, p.lng_id, p.cnt_id


So I killed that process and now slave can stop!
