Absent Show Variables results, so assuming the default value 2 for innodb_log_files_in_group, the calculation for minutes between innodb log rotation ...

Uptime_since_flush_status / 60*innodb_log_file_size / innodb_os_log_written

... gives a result indistinguishable from zero. That would explain the crashes. Have you tried a bigger log size?
