Hi!

I had the same problem!

root can log in but another user ('user'@'%', with all privileges )cannot.

I couldn't connect from localhost using "mysql -u %user% -p"



On internet, there is a lot of solution, but none helped.


Everything started to work when I deleted "ANY" (thre of them) users from MYSQL.

Default users in MySQL that have basic rights.

Re: Correct you have to use your Personal userName and Password if you use it on the real webserver.
