Dear Si R,
I am facing problem like Jasper,
I also set <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> in head. But it still show ????
Btw, need a confirmation. the correct form of UTF-8 in database. should be shown in ???? or ?XXXX (X means a number)
