Problems installing MySQL for Excel

I'm having problems installing MySQL for Excel. I'm running Windows 10.
1. The MySQL for Excel directs me to the download page.
2. From the download page, I select mysql-installer-web-community.
3. I launch the downloaded mysql-installer-web-community-5.7.19.0.msi.
4. I choose Custom (because I only want MySQL for Excel and MySQL Workbench).
5. I select:
A. MySQL Workbench 6.3.9
B. MySQL for Excel 1.3.7
C. Connector/ODBC 5.3.9 - X86
6. In the Check Requirements dialog, if I select MySQL for Excel, it says Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime is not installed. I choose Execute.
7. That launches the Microsoft installer, which goes through all the steps without errors. It finishes with the message, "Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime 2010 has been installed." I click Finish.
8. Back at the Check Requirements dialog, it still says that the Office Runtime hasn't been installed. If I click Next anyway, it installs the Connector and Workbench, but not the Excel add-in.
9. If I rerun the msi installer, it still says the Office Runtime isn't installed.

FWIW, I do have Office 365 and Visual Studio 2017 installed this PC.

Thanks.
